About the Confucius Institute in Lyon
The Confucius Institute in Lyon officially opened in 2009. This Confucius Institute was established by the collaboration among the University of Lumière Lyon 2, the University of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 collaborated and Sun Yat-sen University. The Confucius Institute offer different levels of Chinese language courses to the public. It also gives public seminars on Chinese topics, such Chinese art, Chinese films, Chinese poems, and so on.
