On July 11, 2011, President Ningsheng Xu and Mr Zhonglin Wei, the Deputy Director of the Department of Education of the Guangdong Province, and Professor Biao Wang, the Dean of the Franco-Chinese Institute of Nuclear Energy, visit the Confucius Institute in Lyon.
